Effectiveness

  • Led process development and implementation teams at multiple clients that created and deployed improved software management and programming processes by tailoring our approaches to their key business drivers.
  • Through rigorous test case design and daily team leadership, guided a large independent user acceptance test campaign for a major web-based advice application to successful completion. Afterwards, senior executives called it the most successful move into production of a major application for the organization to date.
  • Provided subject matter expertise for a seven-member testing process action team, which created an effective policy and a process framework for unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.
  • Guided a process definition group to create initial software metrics analysis and reporting processes for a Fortune 100 IT outsource organization.

  • Formed and led a team that initiated a comprehensive measurement process and developed key software productivity, quality, and responsiveness measures. Developed a framework for quality and productivity analysis, and provided it for a 400 person systems development organization.
  • Managed the user acceptance testing in France for an international calling card platform.
  • Led an international team in the selection of a telecommunications billing and customer care system for a major joint venture business in Israel. Managed complex approval process through steering committee and board of directors.
  • Developed computer systems procurement strategy for an international telephony project in Poland. Initiated detailed project plans, facilitated software selection process, identified benchmark testing objectives, and created hardware selection criteria.
